Your use of the Services is subject to this Policy as well as our Terms of Service.

• DEX.cc: Operated by ​DEX.cc Lab​, compliant with American and European laws and regulations.
• Kaspa Protocol: A censorship-resistant decentralized protocol deployed on Kaspa’s BlockDAG. Governed by community consensus, not DEX.cc.
